Bearing in mind the great contributions of women to the welfare of the family and to the development of the society so far not fully recognized the social significance is still undermined. We implemented this program to promote the rights of women through mass sensitization and seminars including government stakeholders and legislatures and law enforces. We conducted 6 seminars in 4 counties of Kasese district, 6 community dialogues and 8 seminars on Discrimination against women.
We are trained 100 paralegals in 23 villages of Bukonzo county to promote women rights at village levels and sub county levels. We supplied T-shirts engraved women deserve equal rights. We carried out 4 radio programs to sensitize and teach the public about the women rights including children.
